When I arrived, my car had been a disaster for months and nobody could give me an answer on what was causing it. Kenny in Repairs found the problem in two hours (a battery that had a faulty cell when sold to me and installed a year ago at Pep Boys) and had the car back on the road and working beautifully since. Everyone has been kind, friendly and informed with good recommendations on what to do in the area as you wait for your service to complete. The only reason I’m giving these stars was cause of Moe , cause of him if I decide to buy a Mitsubishi i would buy from here, the only reason I’m not giving five stars is cause the amount of time just the inspection itself took about 1 1/2 hours then 3 1/2 hours to do repair and I had no idea we would be there that long , got there lil after 12p and left a lil after 5p , the snacks in waiting room were gone, we were there so long!! They should’ve bought us lunch we were there so long , me ...

Came in for an oil change for a 2014 Lancer, oil change went through smoothy. An issue came up after leaving the lot, the gravel shield under the car seemed to fall off. I called and drove back to the service department to see what's going on. Not sure how it happened or how it wasn't noticed initially, but Gregg helped me get on my way and get the gravel shield fixed quickly. Thank you Gregg! -Michael

The service department here is great, never an issue with communication. Will tell you if they need to order parts. The wait sometimes can be awhile but with the repairs done right the first time with no having to come back, its worth it

This is such a comfy and cozy location. Numa was the person who assisted me. He was patient to let me view any of the cars i wanted and tell me all the features, explain what they do. Sean also helped me a lot in buying my first official car. They worked very quickly and had very quick communication, willing to work with me and explain things in simple terms so i could follow along instead of feeling like they were pulling a wool over my eyes.
